For the second evaluation question we were asked 'How does your media product represent particular social groups?' I chose to answer this using 'Prezi' as it is really interactive and makes it more interesting!
Hi Everyone! Here are some location shots from our 'Don't Walk Alone' thriller opening and just some captions letting you know why we chose them. This is one of the first locations we see where the young girl is having the argument with her friend inside the house. This is the street Tahlia walks up to get away from the chaos, we clearly see the street deserted in the film showing she's all alone so that later on it causes confusion. Hi Everyone! Before we began filming we had to sort out a legal document to show the risks we were taking, this was to ensure the health and safety of everyone both filming and taking part in our film 'Don't Walk Alone'. The reason for doing a risk assessment was to acknowledge the fact we knew what could go wrong and by doing a risk assessment. We had to do a risk assessment because even though our film wasn't violent or anything like that it still meant we needed to cross roads and walk along slippery surfaces. We further included information on the company name and the organisation which for us would have been 'BGTE' productions and the organisation would have been 'Tupton Hall School'.
